اینها رئوس موضوعاتی است که دانشگاه کارلتون(دانشگاه عالی کانادا)آنها را برای تحقیقات در رشته مطالعات تطبیقی ادبیات،هنر و فرهنگ پیشنهاد می کند و حمایتد.نمی دانم چرا در این دسته مطالعات به جایگاه دین توجهی نمی کنند.با این که در توضیحاتشان مربوط به این رشته می گویند که می خواهیم تئوری های فرهنگ در قرن بیست و یکم را بیابیم و حتی و بسازیم و در برخی موارد فرهنگ های پاپیولار ساخته شده را تحلیل کنیم اما با این حال انگار دین و یا حتی بی دینی نقشی در ایجاد این خورده و کلان فرهنگ ها ندارد.
اما روی هم رفته کارشان جالب است.
دیگر فرهنگ را تشکیل شده از اجزاء ایی مثل فیلم ،موسیقی،عکس،کلیپ های یوتیوب،و تکه پاره های دیگری که هر کسی می تواند بسازد می دانن.می خواهند برای آنها در غالب ک کل،نظامی بچینند که هم آن را تحلیل کنند و هم خیر سرشان الگویی ایجاد کنند تا بتوانند فرهنگ تولید کنند.
